I am very saddened to hear about the passing of "Budget Tackle Bill." He was an important part of my adolescence. I have such fond memories of hiding his hat, telling stories, and learning about fishing and hunting. My deepest condolences to Lorraine and the rest of his family. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
