Born to George & Norma (Troudt) Betz on January 22, 1960 in Gunnison CO, Mark moved to Cedar Hill NM in 1964, and graduated from Aztec High.
Preceding his death was his father, George Betz; Grandparents, Phillip & Coral Troudt, John & Helen Betz & Uncle William (Bill) Betz.
He is survived by his wife, Judith (Bigham) Betz; his mother, Norma (Troudt) Betz; Uncle Jack Betz; sisters Hiedi Johnson (Kevin), Gretchen Miller, & Melinda Relles (Ron); his children, Dione Montgomery, Noah Betz (Erin), Paige Ashcroft (Jon), John P.I. Betz, Lindsae (Summers) MacDuff (Bob), Christopher Summers (Destiny); 7 grand-daughters; 3 grandsons (another on the way); 5 nieces; 2 nephews.
