Anthony Bodine

Anthony (Tony) Michael Bodine, age 33 of Bloomfield, NM. passed away Friday May 31, 2024. He was born in Farmington, NM on November 23, 1990, to Catrina Brewer and James Randy Bodine.

Anthony is survived by his mother Catrina (Don) Brewer, his father James Randy Bodine, brothers, Donnie (Liz) Brewer, Erik and Brandon Bodine, sisters Nicole Brewer (Cesar Esparza) and Terri Williams. Grandmothers Cecilia Campbell and Cynthia Bodine. Uncles James (Gretchen) Campbell Jr., Brian Campbell, Matthew Bodine, Andrew Bodine, and his Aunt Tiana (Bodine) Gibbs. His nieces and nephews, Ryddeck, Ella, Violet, Roman, Nayeli and Telynn. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and his second Mother Phyllis Gossen.

Anthony was an old soul; we had a running joke that he was born in the wrong era. He loved music, from the 70's to the present. His favorite times were outdoors, whether he was hunting, fishing, camping, taking care of his chickens or tending to his garden. Many mornings were spent drinking coffee in front of the fireplace. When his health first started to decline, he became quite an outstanding canner from jams and jellies to any vegetables he grew. Salsas that were out of this world. He tried different recipes and became an excellent cook.

There were not many things that Anthony did not excel at. That included his relationships with people. He loved hard and wanted to help anyone in need Anthony was his mama's protector always.

He had an infectious laugh and a beautiful smile. Always wanting to learn more about everything. Anthony's curiosity was an enduring trait that he had since childhood. His passing has left a pain and void in many hearts.

Anthony was preceded in death his sister Lorna Brianne Bodine, his grandfathers James Campbell Sr. and Stephen Bodine. His aunts Betsy Campbell and Collen Campbell

Memorial services will be held at 1:30 pm Saturday June 8, 2024, at Farmington Funeral Home, 2111 W. Apache St., Farmington, NM
