Beatrice Christy

Beatrice "Bea" Christy age 87 of Aztec, New Mexico passed away on December 29, 2022 in Aztec, New Mexico at Aztec Care Center, Aztec, New Mexico.

Beatrice {Bea} was born June 09, 1934 in Osage, Arkansas to the late Robert Hayes Ferguson and Ruby Gertrude Ferguson.  Bea enjoyed being with friends and family and loved “Zoe” {Bob and Verla’s teacup poodle}.

Survivors include her brother, Bobbie and his wife Verla Ferguson of Aztec, New Mexico, step-sons Allen Christy and wife Treva of Farmington, N.M., George R. Christy and wife Brandy of Dallas, Tx., daughters Barbara Christy of Phoenix, Az., Beverly Owen of Farmington, N.M. as well as several nieces and nephews.

Bea’s only child, Carmelita Enright of Dallas, Tx, passed away in July 2019 of Pancreatic Cancer.
