Carol Susan Tolchin

Ms. Carol Susan Tolchin, passed away peacefully at home next to her daughter on Monday April 20, 2026, at the age of 70 in Aztec, New Mexico. Carol was born on October 24, 1955, in Manhattan, New York to Julius Schwartz and Eva Crespi. She was an amazing woman and an exceptional mother. She was a warrior that took on any challenge that came her way, cooking was her passion and showed her love to her friends and family with yummy meals filled with love and joy. Carol loved taking photos of sunrises and exploring the outdoors. She enjoyed going on adventures with her daughter and friends from thrift store, shopping, camping, concerts, picnics and BBQs with friends. Carol loved celebrating holidays, birthdays or any fun event with a costume or a funny hat. She loved everyone that was close to her and showed compassion and love to her friends and family.

Carol is survived by her daughter Amber C. (Chris Buell) Tolchin.

Per Carols wishes cremation will take place and a celebration of her life will be held at later date to be announced.

She will be deeply missed and loved forever.
