Cecilia Mary Archibeque

Cecilia Mary Archibeque, 87, of Bloomfield and Aztec, NM. Born on September 8, 1936, to parents Margarita Miera & Juan Gutierrez, in Lumberton, NM. Cecilia passed away on December 1, 2023, in Aztec, NM.

Cecilia Archibeque attended Sacred Heart Catholic School in Durango, CO. She worked at Mercy Hospital in Durango in her younger years. She was a stay-at-home mom until Fred passed away then she worked as a Line Server at Furrs Cafeteria in Farmington, New Mexico, Receptionist at Salomon Ruins in Bloomfield, New Mexico, and a School Cook at Mesa Alta Junior High for Bloomfield Municipal Schools in Bloomfield. She has been a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church since 1996. She loved playing Bingo when they used to have it at McGee Park, VFW, Knights of Columbus, also at Sky Ute Casino in Ignacio, Colorado. Where she met so many new friends there.

Cecilia is preceded by her husband Raynaldo Frederico (Fred) Archibeque, her youngest son, Andre Archibeque, her grandson, Alejandro (Alex) Archibeque, her mother Margarita Miera Gutierrez, Father Juan Gutierrez, sister Bessie Gutierrez, brother John Gutierrez, and grandmother and grandfather Miera.

Cecilia is survived by her daughters, Bernadette Suender, Juanita Crawford, son David Archibeque, Brother Eugene Guiterrez, and sister Mary Ann Webster (David), Grandchildren, John Paul Archibeque, Nick Crawford, Pat Crawford, Rachel Crawford, Andrea Crawford, Brett Crawford, David Archibeque Jr, great grandchildren Alexus Crawford, Nicolas Archibeque, Brielle Crawford, Kamari Crawford, Kenzo Crawford, Kianna Crawford, Kapri Crawford, MyKenzie Crawford, Bradley Bossio, Bennie Bossio, Adrian Archibeque, Aleysia Archibeque, Arieanna Archibeque, Joseph Archibeque, Izabel Archibeque, Dione Archibeque, Adrian Archibeque, Deseree Archibeque, Silas Archibeque, Kristian Archibeque, Isiah Archibeque, Andrea Archibeque, Mario Archibeque, Rubianna Armenta, Mari Jane Armenta, Elizabeth Armenta, Alexus Archibeque, Nicolas Archibeque and Gabrielle Ruvalcaba.

Rosary will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bloomfield, NM on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at 11:00am, and Mass at 11:30am. Followed by a reception at the St. Mary’s Catholic Parish Hall.
