Christopher Arthur Salazar

Chris A Salazar, age 60 passed away. He died Wednesday, March 2, at his home. He was a resident of Farmington, NM.  He served in the Air Force. He was a true believer in being a proud & honored American. He loved life, volunteering, helping his family & friends, traveling, fishing, & hunting.

He is survived by two sons, Reuben Salazar of Albuquerque and Andrew Salazar of Boise, ID, his mother, Bridget Salazar of Albuquerque, two sisters, Bernadine Hernandez and husband, Dan of Los Lunas and Sandra Salazar of Albuquerque. One grandson, Dante, two nieces, Victoria Trujillo and husband, Daniel and Frances Abeyta and husband, Thomas, two great nephews, Dominic & Tripp and two great nieces, Selena and Tillie, Uncle Acorcino Trujillo and wife Stephanie, Las Vegas, Nevada, Cousins Donald Martinez, Velarde & Debbie Garcia and husband Anthony, of Albuquerque, Isaac Trujillo, Andy Trujillo, Melissa Trujillo of Las Vegas, Aunt Adeline of  Truchas, NM, Concha Trujillo of Santa Fe, willie Trujillo of Espanola, Arnold Trujillo & Pete Trujillo of Truchas, NM, and several more uncles, aunts, & cousins. He is preceded in death by his second wife, Jaci and his father, Arthur Salazar.

We will miss you more than you will ever know. One day we will meet again to enjoy the life of being together. You are always in our hearts. Peace be with you.
