Claude Serrano passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at his home in Farmington, NM.
Claude served honorably in the army and served in the Vietnam War. He loved gardening and was avid pool player. Claude served as a bail bondsman for many years in the Farmington area.
Claude was born in Espanola in 1944 to Reverend Feliberto and Alice Serrano, and moved to the Farmington area in the mid 1950's graduating from FHS in 1963. In 1977 he met his wife and partner Terri and spent the remainder of his life content in her arms.
Claude was preceded in death by his parents and brother JE (Simmie) Serrano, Phil Serrano, sister Priscilla Montoya, and sister-in law Sharon Serrano. He is survived by his loving wife Terri Serrano; daughter Debra (Jerry) Outlaw, and the light of his life granddaughter Emma Outlaw. He is also survived by his brothers Jimmy Serrano, Beto (Monica Chavez) Serrano, and Danny (Shelly) Serrano; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A graveside memorial service and military honors will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery at a date to be determined.
