Cruz Fierro, 58, of Farmington, NM passed away on January 29, 2026. He was born on May 3, 1967, in Chihuahua, Mexico to Hector Fierro and Antonia Guzman Fierro

Cruz Fierro, long time resident of Farmington, NM, was one of six brothers, who learned at an early age the value of loyalty, and looking out for one another. To those who knew him, he was loving, dependable, and always ready to offer his time, his help, or simply his presence. He took great pride in his work and was a long-time employee of Smith’s Grocery Store and Pesco. Outside of work, he found happiness in the simple things of life. He loved cooking, and his red Chile was legendary. He enjoyed listening to music, football brought excitement, and nothing compared to a great cup of coffee shared with the people he loved. He loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was welcomed into heaven by singing angels.

 He is preceded in death by his parents Hector Fierro and Antonia Guzman Fierro, and siblings Antonietta Fierro and Angelica Fierro.

Cruz is survived by his brothers Mario Fierro, Juan and Blanca Fierro, Humberto and Tanya Fierro, Jimmy and DeAnn Fierro, and Mark and Andrea Fierro.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at The Master’s Hand Church of God 306 N. 7th St, Bloomfield, NM. Officiated by Pastor David Velasquez.
