Daniel Richard Beyhan, 92, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2026. He was born on December 16, 1933, in Shiprock NM to William E. and Nell McClary Beyhan. He is preceded in death by his wife of 67 years Ethel J. Beyhan, brothers William F. Beyhan, Jack Beyhan, and sister Mary Elizabeth Furman.

He is survived by his daughters Debbie and Jenni (Nate) Beyhan, sons William (Tina) and Danny (Rosalia) Beyhan. He was blessed with five grandchildren Brandi Keopp, Deanna Koncar, William Beyhan, Randee Beyhan, Aden Holmes, and three great-grandchildren Ahdia and Aubrianna Koncar and Preston Beyhan. 

Dan went to work after high school for El Paso Natural Gas and was given the nickname "Bear Tracks" early in his tenure with the company. He retired after 36 years as Superintendent of multiple plants in the San Juan area. He spent his retirement days playing golf, square dancing, and visiting friends. 

The family will have a private service and burial. A celebration of life will be held at San Juan Country Club at 11:30 AM on October 23, 2026.
