David DeWayne "Spud" Stockert

David DeWayne Stockert, age 45 of Farmington, New Mexico, passed away on Monday July 6, 2026. David was born on July 26, 1980, in Las Vegas, Nevada to Bill and Rhonda Stockert.

David grew up into the man God created him to be. I thank God for the time I had with him per his mother Rhonda. He was born at a teaching hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. David was always a daredevil on his bike. He made friends easily.

David met his lifelong partner Heather through her brother. They have been together for 25 years.

David helped me and went to get our GED's together, the auditorium roared when they realized we were mom and son.

I will meet up with him in Heaven in the future.

He was preceded in death by his father William (Bill) Stockert on February 24, 2026.

He is survived by his Wife Heather Denker-Stockert, His Mother: Rhonda Stockert, Sister: Rachel Stockert and Nieces: Destiny Stockert and Teagan Briggs. His Aunt and Uncle Jimmy and Beverly Stockert.

Paternal grandmother Eva Biskoroway, and various Aunts and Uncles in New York.

Visitation and Viewing will be held on Monday July 13, 2026, from 3-4 PM at Farmington Funeral Home, 2111 W. Apache St., Farmington, New Mexico 87401
