Edna Mae Nicholson

Edna Mae Nicholson, 87 of Bloomfield, passed away on March 15, 2022. She was born May 6, 1934 in Roswell, NM. to Roy M. Williams and Elizabeth Richter.

Edna is preceded in death by her husband Leland D. Nicholson; her parents Roy and Elizabeth Williams; brother Joe P. Williams, and her sister Ollie Florence Corbett.

She is survived by her son Ronald Lee Rush; brothers Roy M. Williams Jr, Samuel J. Williams and Dennis A. Williams; sister Ramona K. Snead.

Edna graduated from Lamesa Texas High in 1952, then following her parents to Fort Worth, Texas, she attended Brantley Draughon Business College. Returning to Lubbock Texas area, she worked for Small Business Administration then Social Security in Hobbs NM.

Moving to Farmington in 1980, she began working in many law offices and for Judge Eastburn. Many during her life found her to be a faithful and kind friend and her family was uppermost in her heart.
