Elaine Rose Fairchild

Elaine Rose Fairchild, age 83 of Farmington, NM passed away on Wednesday August 21, 2024, in Farmington. Elaine was born on November 15, 1940, in Garfield, Kansas to Howard Luther Bird and Wilma Rose Wilson. She was always helping someone in need, had a great sense of humor and could make anyone laugh and smile. From an early time in her life, she loved to write poetry.

Elaine loved her grand and great grandchildren dearly. She will be missed by all who knew her. Elaine was preceded in death by her husband James W. Fairchild and her son Jody Fairchild. Surviving are her two sons James C. Fairchild and Larry W. Fairchild.According to her wishes cremation has taken place with no services scheduled at this time.
