Eleanor Louise Jiles passed away on December 2, 2021 at the age of 87. She was born on August 18, 1934 to Olin and Beula Brack in Shallowater, Texas. She was married in April 25, 1955 to the love of her life, Charles Ray Jiles. They enjoyed 66 years of marriage. She retired from the Farmington Municipal School District, Country Club Elementary School. She was the secretary and was a great help to many including the children of whom she was especially fond of. Louise was a very talented and creative lady. She especially liked oil painting and took great pride in decorating her home. She also enjoyed cooking and entertaining. She was known to serve up a delicious meal for a large group with ease, always with a smile. She was warm and welcoming in her home when family came to visit, always happy to be together. We will all miss her smiling face and comforting, caring demeanor. Louise and her husband were members of the San Juan Archery Club where they both enjoyed competing in tournaments and outdoor activities. They both loved to hunt and fish. Louise was preceded in death earlier this year by her husband, Chuck (Charles). She is survived by their two children, David (Judy), Julie and husband Ronnie Rivera. She has 4 grandchildren: Noah, Brianna (Bowdi), Joseph and Megan (Chris) as well as two great grandchildren, Cinch & Judd. Services: Cremation has taken place; at her request. no service will be held.
