Enos Ferrier

Enos Ferrier, a dedicated and hardworking individual known for his contributions in the oil field, passed away on March 3, 2024, in Farmington, New Mexico from pancreatic cancer. He was born in Abilene, Kansas, on October 6, 1950. Throughout his life, Enos accomplished numerous milestones and left a lasting impact on those around him.


Enos pursued a career path that showcased his expertise and passion for mechanical engineering. He diligently served at Texas Petroleum, Vascar, Pamco, and BP, exhibiting his commitment to excellence in the industry. His dedication and work ethic were truly commendable, earning him respect from colleagues and peers alike.


Educated with an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Enos possessed a wealth of knowledge that he applied proficiently in his professional endeavors. His thirst for learning and growth was evident in the way he approached challenges with innovation and skill.


Aside from his professional achievements, Enos was an individual with diverse interests and hobbies. He found solace in the great outdoors through activities such as hunting, fishing and camping. These pursuits not only brought him joy but also allowed him moments of tranquility amidst nature.


In his personal life, Enos was a beloved husband to Doneita Ferrier and a cherished father to his children. He is survived by his wife Doneita Ferrier; sons Jake, Kenny, Paul; daughters Doris, Malea, and Barbie; as well as his sister Verna. Enos will be fondly remembered by his surviving family members for the love and care he showered upon them throughout his life.


Enos Ferrier was preceded in death by his daughter Lucinda (Cindy), grandson Cory, parents Philip Eugene Ferrier and Doris Mildred Sisler, as well as his brother Benjamin. While he may no longer be with us physically, Enos's spirit lives on in the memories shared by those who had the honor of knowing him.


His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Enos leaves behind a legacy of hard work, dedication, and kindness that will continue to inspire generations to come. May he rest in peace knowing that he made a significant impact during his time on Earth.


Services are scheduled for Saturday March 16th, 2024, at the Bloomfield LDS church located at 902 W. Blanco Blvd in Bloomfield, NM. 87413
