Facundo Trujillo

Facundo Policiano Trujillo went to his Heavenly home January 24, 2023. Facundo was born November 27, 1928 in Monero, New Mexico to Jose Braulio Trujillo and Josefita Lara. He lived most of his life there in Monero and moved to Flora Vista, New Mexico in the late 1990's to be closer to his sisters.

Facundo is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Braulio Trujillo and Josefita Lara; brothers Jose C. Trujillo, Sigfredo Trujillo, Wilfred Trujillo, Gilberto Trujillo and sister Sencionita Trujillo.

He is survived by three sisters, Dulcinea Abeyta, Genoveva Lozada, and Marcella Rivera. He is also survived by all of his nephews and nieces he loved so much.

Facundo worked in the coal mines in Monero, New Mexico, also at the sawmill in Chama, New Mexico and in a hardware store also there in Chama. His favorite hobby was going to the casino with his sisters.

We will miss our brother and uncle. He was a very kind soul with a big heart. He never expected anything from anyone but was always ready to help. He took such good care of his sisters he loved so much. He was also the best uncle, "Tio Facundo" Fly High with the angels. You will be greatly missed.

Memorial service for Facundo will be Saturday, February 11th at 2:00pm at La Rosa De Sharon Church in Flora Vista. Internment will follow at Flora Vista Cemetery.
