Florentino Padilla, 68, of Farmington, NM passed away on March 20, 2026. He was born on July 2, 1957, in Espanola, NM to Alfonso Padilla and Prescilla Deaguero Padilla.

Tino was a loving Son, Father, Grandfather and Friend. He loved with his whole heart and pray for everyone every day. He loved playing the drums and singing. He was the best person to have in your corner. Tino was an amazing dad and attended all events and birthdays, or if you just needed him, he was there. Always laughing and telling jokes even when he was in pain, Tino remained happy. Tino will be missed by all and is in Heaven watching over us. Tino was very loved and will truly be missed.

He is preceded in death by his son Mason Kunkel, niece Analysia Padilla, parents Alfonso and Priscilla Padilla, and grandparents (paternal) Francisquita Duran, Eugenio Padilla and (maternal)Juanita Deauero, Florentino Deaguero

Tino is survived by his sons Florentino “TJ” Padilla (Deidra), Bryant Kunkel (Cassandra), Robert Padilla, Levi Padilla, Andrew Arellano (Trini), daughters Miranda Padilla, Amanda Padilla, Markay Padilla, Savannah Padilla, Kylie Padilla, Emily Padilla, nieces/nephews Crystal Lawrence (Mark), Dimmitress Lawrence, Alexis Lopez (Nana), Dymond Lopez, DeAndre Lawrence, Ezra Lawrence, Armani Lawrence, Demarius Hackett, Max Lopez, sisters Yolanda Padilla, Donna Padilla (Fred), and grandchildren Paxton Padilla, Camden Padilla, Kohen Padilla, Vivian Kunkel, Astrid Rushing, Arabella Rushing.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday April 17, 2026, at Farmington Funeral Home. The service will be officiated by Reverend Sandra J. MacCready-Clark.
