Harold Louis Scott

Much loved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather; beloved son, brother, cousin, and friend. Harold left the bounds of this world to be with Our Lord and Savior on April 15, 2022. He was 78 years old. He found joy in his chosen profession as an operating engineer and heavy equipment operator. He was a proud member of the International Union of Operating Engineers. He built roads and moved mountains, excelling in all he did. In retirement, he loved to fish, hunt, and photograph the local region. He loved us all and we love him. Harold is survived by his wife, Gloria, his brother, daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial rosary and funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 28, 2022, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bloomfield, NM.

The family would like to thank all of Butch’s physicians, especially Dr. William R. Barkman (ret). We would also like to thank Jake for meeting him on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge.
