Jack R. Medina, 37 of Aztec, passed away on December 28, 2018. He was born September 17, 1981 in Denver, CO to Jack and Naomi Medina. There will be a memorial service for him on Saturday, January 5th at 11:00am at the Church of the Nazarene in Aztec. His care has been entrusted to Farmington Funeral Home, 2111 W.
