Jeremiah James Tsosie

Jeremiah James Tsosie, 29, of Farmington, New Mexico, passed away on June 14, 2023, in Farmington, New Mexico. Jeremiah was born on September 20, 1993, in Gallup, New Mexico, to parents Andy & Etta Tsosie, to clans Dzxtx’ahii (Mountain Cove Clan) & Ma’ii deeshgiizhinii (Coyote Pass Clan).

Jeremiah attended many schools from a young age, starting with Lake Valley Navajo School, Ojo Amarillo Elementary School, Kirtland Middle School, Kirtland High School, and San Juan College in Farmington, New Mexico. Jeremiah enjoyed his employment at Alsco in Farmington, New Mexico.

Jeremiah had many hobbies that included working on cars, fishing, riding his bicycle, maintenance, camping and going on scenic drives for fun.

Jeremiah is preceded by his grandparents Mae Francis Tsosie, John Charlie, and Arlene Charlie.

Jeremiah is survived by his parents Andy and Etta Tsosie, brother Waylon Tsosie, Jerell Tsosie, Emmitt Tsosie, Troy Tsosie, and sister Evangelina Herrera.

Services for Jeremiah will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023, at 10:00am at Farmington Funeral Home, Farmington, New Mexico. A burial will follow at Kirtland Fruitland Cemetery at 12:30pm. Pallbearers to honor Jeremiah are Waylon Tsosie, Jerell Tsosie, Emmitt Tsosie, Troy Tsosie, Quinston Watchman, and Amos Charlie Jr.
