Joan Delores Kline

Joan Delores Kline, age 94 of Farmington, New Mexico, passed away on Friday January 2, 2026. Joan was born on July 15, 1931, in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania to Carroll and Vada (Linton) Baranowske.

Joan graduated from Quincy High School in Pennsylvania in 1949. She was a Medical secretary and retired from South Mountain Restoration Center, a Pennsylvania State Hospital.

Joan and her late husband Mervin retired to New Mexico in 1981 to be near their grandsons. They spent many days with the kids playing games, watching their sporting events and taking them on adventures in their pickup truck out in the "Boonies".

Joan had a strong faith in God and read her Bible daily. She was family oriented, always there to support her loved ones. She was an excellent cook and meticulous housekeeper. She enjoyed crocheting and crafts, and she and daughter Joyce sold their creations at local craft fairs for over 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Mervin Kline after 69 years of marriage in 2019. Her parents Carroll and Vada Baranowske, her son-in-law Randy Wagner, and her sister Vesta Martin.

Surviving are her daughter Joyce Wagner. Grandchildren: Scott (Melena) Wagner of Farmington, NM, Steven Wagner of Broomfield, CO.

Great Grandchildren: Haylie of Farmington, NM, Keelee, Wyatt and Emberli of Broomfield, CO.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday January 26, 2026 at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Farmington, NM

A reception will follow services at Riverstone Church, 808 N Monterey Ave, Farmington, NM 87401.
