Joshua Lee Ward, 42 of Farmington, NM, passed away on July 29, 2026. He was born October 25, 1983 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to Gloria Entricken.
Joshua "Blanco" was a true country boy who loved the outdoors and music. In high school, he became a bull rider, carrying that fearless spirit throughout his life. He worked in the oilfield for many years and was known for his strong work ethic. In his free time, he loved riding four-wheelers, ATV's, and motorcycles, and he was happiest outdoors with the people he loved. Above all Joshua was a devoted husband, family man, and friend. He loved deeply welcomed everyone with kindness and never met a stranger. His warm heart, generous spirit, and unforgettable smile touched the lives of so many. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents Gloria Entreckin and Ronald Maestas; brothers Mark Walker and Dennis Williams; sisters Carla Bell and Tracey Williams. Joshua is survived by his loving wife Mikel J. Ward; son Jayden McCoy; daughters Patricia Ward and Taegan Ewing; sisters Crystal Martin, Lisa Martinez, and Tanya Brown; grandchildren Esiah and Aria Hammons.
