Joy Ann is survived by her husband James Edward Chadwick, her daughter Jennifer Gillstrap, her grandchildren Franky Jaramillo, Arron Gillstrap, Christine Alcon, and her great grandchildren Zepnainah Jaramillo and Abel Jaramillo.
