Joyce Wilks McDaniel

     Joyce Wilks McDaniel 71, born 4/18/51 to W.R. "Buddy" and Joanne K. Wilks, joined her parents, sister Donna K. and grandson Christopher in heaven on September 21, 2022. She was beloved by all who knew her. She was a devoted wife, mom, granny, and great granny. She met her husband in Farmington NM, they married 2/14/69. She worked in the oilfield most of her life. She was a social butterfly. Everyone who knew her either loved her or feared her but always respected her. She was the boss of everyone, just ask her family, co-workers, and friends.
She is survived by her husband Stephen McDaniel, sisters Sharon Sprout, Bonnie (Elliott) Candelaria, Dorothy (Earl) North,  children Stephen "Dodie" McDaniel, Kenny (Michelle) McDaniel, Carolynn (Dana) Averill, grandchildren Rebecca (Thomas) Hannam, Brittany "Dr.B" (Joseph) McDaniel, Jeff (Dana) McDaniel, Karrie (Isaac) Vasquez, Kattie (Anthony) Rogers, Jordan "Scoob" McDaniel, Taylor "Bones" McDaniel, Kirsten "Bitty"  McDaniel, great grandchildren Bailey McDaniel, Amelia "Mimi" McDaniel, Piper "Billy" McDaniel, Greysen "Mr. Man" Jaramillo, and Hudson "Mr. 2" Jaramillo, many other family members and countless friends. 
               Services will be held October 8, 2022 @10am,  @ Walsh Engineering 332 Rd 3100, Aztec, NM 87410 to finish her last day of work.
