Justin was born on January 12, 1996, in Farmington, New Mexico, to parents Janice Filfred and Calvin Begaye. Born to Salt clan/ Born for Coytoe Pass.

Justin loved music. He loved to be at the park with his children. Justin was a very loving person.

Justin is preceded by his grandparents, Daisy Tso (grandmother), Willie Jim Redhouse (Grandfather), Betty Begaye (Paternal Grandmother), and Raymond Begaye (Paternal Grandfather).

Justin is survived by his wife Lorraine Washburn, son Julius Begaye, daughters Aaliyah, Neveah, and Ariya Begaye, parents Janice Filfred (mother), Calvin Begaye (father), brother Julian Begaye, and sisters Chelsea and Sambo Begaye.
