Marie Anne Moseley

June 18, 1965 — May 22, 2026

Marie Anne Moseley, of Farmington, New Mexico, passed away on May 22, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on June 18, 1965, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, to William and Betty Langdon. At age fifteen, she moved with her family to Albuquerque, New Mexico, a place that would shape her life in countless ways. It was there she later met the love of her life, Curtis Moseley, with whom she shared 41 years of marriage, partnership, and adventure.

Marie and Curtis made their home in Albuquerque for three decades before settling in Farmington. No matter the city, Marie created a home marked by warmth, humor, and a deep devotion to her family. She was a loving mother to Christy (Scott), Kelsey (Kyle), and John‑Curtis (Lucio), and a caring stepmother to Tyler (Lindsey). Her greatest joy was being "G-Ma" to her grandchildren: Christian, Alex, Avery, Laila, Jaimes, Abbey, Lucy, Linus, Wyatt, Jeffrey, Wade, Bailey Anne, and Betty. Each one held a special place in her heart, and she delighted in cheering them on, celebrating their milestones, and telling stories about them to anyone who would listen.

Marie is survived by her husband, Curtis; her children and stepchild; her grandchildren; her siblings Patrick, Linda, and Laurie; and a circle of lifelong friends who cherished her loyalty and laughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandmothers, her grandfathers, Uncle Joe, Uncle John, and her mother‑in‑law.

Marie enjoyed her work at Walgreens and Hallmark, where her kindness, humor, and steady presence made her a favorite among coworkers and customers alike. She loved traveling with Curtis across the country, especially when the journey led to time with her children and grandchildren. Her suitcase was always ready for the next visit, the next hug, the next memory.

Marie also had a love for Gilmore Girls, finding comfort, laughter, and a kindred spirit in its fast‑talking charm. She connected with her daughters and granddaughter in this love. Music was woven into her life as well. Her playlists are filled with the voices of Bon Jovi, Meatloaf, Journey, Peter Frampton, and the best of '80s country. Whether she was driving, working, or simply relaxing, music brought her joy and kept her and her family connected to the things she loved.

Marie's life was marked by love, resilience, and a compassionate spirit. She leaves behind a legacy of family devotion, humor, and a steady presence that made others feel at home. Those who knew her will carry her memory with gratitude and affection while missing her.

A visitation is to be held on Thursday, May 28th, from 2 to 4 pm at the Farmington Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she will be laid to rest.
