Mario Lee
Gutierrez
March 6, 1988 – May 6, 2026
Mario grew up and lived his entire life on Saiz Lane in Bloomfield. As a child he enjoyed riding bikes, rollerblading, and playing with his many cousins. In school he participated in baseball and football. As a young boy, he lived near his grandparents and enjoyed his grandma Margaret's cooking and doing yard work with his grandpa Mela. His grandma Wonder, grandpa Lee, and grandma Julia were also an important part of his life. Mario loved and cherished his mother Tracy more than anything and loved his brothers Shane and Manuel dearly.
Mario dressed well and always presented himself with a smile and hug that let you know he genuinely cared. He whistled beautiful tunes and would often be found staying in shape by lifting weights and walking with that unique stride of his.
He worked in the Oil Field and loved the brotherhood it gave him. He was kind, respectful, and one of the most compassionate men you could know.
Most importantly, Mario had an unshakeable faith in his Lord Jesus Christ. Mario will be deeply missed, always loved, and never forgotten!
This is a verse he loved:
I have been predestined by God. I have been called by God. I have been justified by Christ, and someday I will be glorified with Him forever. -Romans 8:30
A memorial service for Mario will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday June 6, 2026, at Calvery Chapel of Farmington. Burial will follow at Bloomfield Cemetery.
