Michael "Mike" Nix

Michael “Mike” Nix, 64, of Aztec, passed away Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018, in Farmington. He was born June 8, 1953, in Odessa, Texas to Frank and Jimmie Nix.

Mike was a beloved husband, father, stepfather, brother, uncle and a very loving grandfather. He was an Engineer for the Oil & Gas Industry in the San Juan Basin for 35 years.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Jimmie Nix; and sister, Nancy Cotton. He is survived by his wife, Vadna Nix; sons, Wendal Nix, Michael Nix Jr., Jerry and Michael Sharski; daughters, Priscilla Helms and Elizabeth Nix; brothers, Kelly (Sherri) Nix and Frank Nix; sister, Pat Cook; and nine wonderful grandchildren.

There will be no services.
