In Loving Memory of Norma Dene Anderson

Norma Dene Anderson, 66, was born on February 27th, 1960, in Casper, Wyoming, and went to be with the Lord on October 13th, 2026.

Norma spent most of her life in Farmington, New Mexico, where she attended Tibbetts Middle School and graduated from Farmington High School in 1978. She also briefly attended Sheridan College in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Norma was a loving mother, a cherished friend, and a woman whose kindness and generosity touched countless lives. She was a devoted dog lover who enjoyed playing cards, spending time with family, sharing stories, and making memories with those she loved.

Her love extended far beyond her own children. To many, she was simply "Mom." Her home was always open, and no matter how much or how little she had, she made sure there was always room for one more at the table. She created a safe space where everyone could enjoy a warm meal, feel loved, and know they belonged.

Norma is survived by her two sons, Gary Anderson, 35, and Daniel Anderson, 30. She was preceded in death by her sister Sherry LaRae Hayes, her mother, Faith Naidene Hayes, and her father, Paul Norman Dye.

Although she will be deeply missed, the love she shared, the lessons she taught, and the memories she created will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Memory Gardens, 6917 East Main Street, Farmington, New Mexico.

A Celebration of Life gathering will follow at 11:30 a.m. in the conference room at 2050 Knudsen Avenue, Farmington, New Mexico 87401.
