It is with deep sorrow and profound love that we announce the passing of Roberta and James Garcia. Roberta earned her angel wings on October 2, 2025, James earned his on April 14, 2026. Together in life, and now reunited in eternal rest, their bond remains unbroken.

Roberta was born on April 18, 1954, in Santa Fe, NM, and James was born on August 8, 1951, in Tierra Amarilla, NM. Their lives came together through a family friend, where they began a partnership defined by devotion, resilience, and unwavering love. Married for 46 beautiful years.

They are lovingly remembered by their extended family and friends who were blessed to know and love them.

Though they left this world within months of one another, it brings comfort to know they are reunited side by side once more.

A joint service to celebrate their lives will be held on Wednesday April 22, 2026, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Farmington, NM. TBD on a time for Rosary and Mass.

They will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.
