Ronald Craig Meador, 48, of Aztec, New Mexico, passed away on February 9, 2026.

Craig was born in Durango, Colorado, to Ron and Rosemary Meador. He worked for Hilcorp Energy, where he was known for his strong work ethic, dedication, and commitment to providing for his family. Craig took pride in his work and the responsibility he carried.

Above all, Craig was a father and grandfather. His children were the center of his world, and he loved them deeply. He found great joy in watching them grow, supporting their activities, and celebrating their accomplishments. He especially treasured the years he spent coaching his children in basketball and softball, creating memories that will live on in their hearts.

Craig shared 21 years of marriage with his wife, Hali Meador. Their years together were filled with memories, milestones, and the everyday moments that shape a family's story.

He is survived by his wife, Hali Meador; his children, Colton Weaver (Ashlee), Nick Weaver, Reigan Weaver, Calli Meador, and Bentley Meador; his beloved grandsons, Cal, Tommy, and Carson Weaver; his grandparents, Jack and Helen Meador; his brother, Steve Meador; his sister, Tina Stinson (Derrick); his niece, Cassie Miramontes (Matt); and his nephews, Dylan Stinson (Lindsey), Kaison Meador, Jase Meador, Kyler Meador, and Jaxx Meador. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ron and Rosemary Meador.

Craig will be remembered for his dedication to his family and his work, and for the role he played in the lives of those who knew him.

Services will be held Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Hills Church, 5101 N. Dustin Avenue, Farmington, NM 87401
