It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ruby Jewell Logan, who left us peacefully on August 25, 2026, at the age of 81. Ruby was born on April 3, 1945, in Galena, Ohio. She spent her later years in Aztec, New Mexico, where she became a cherished member of the community.

Ruby was a dedicated factory worker in the packaging industry, a role that showcased her strong work ethic and resilience. She poured her heart into her job and exemplified the spirit of dedication that will be remembered by all who knew her.

She leaves behind her loving son-in-law, Robert David, and her adored grandchildren: Logan Deckard, Carter Deckard, Ruby Yowpp, Berta Yowpp, and JoJo Yowpp. She is also survived by her nephew Michael Jackson. Ruby's family will forever cherish her memory and the love she shared with them throughout her life.

Ruby was a great mom and grandma that loved to do cross stitch and spend time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her daughters Sherri David and Donna Yowpp; her brother Rocky.

Though Ruby may no longer be with us, her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be dearly missed.
