Sharon Annette Davis age 78 of Aztec, New Mexico, passed away on Wednesday August 13, 2025, at her home surround by her loving family. She was born on March 15, 1947, in Abilene, Texas to William Blessing and Artie Ruth Price.

Sharon Graduated as the salutatorian at Hawley High School in 1965 She then went on to attend Hardin-Simmons University studying biology and participating in the six white horses' program as a rider. In 1966 she met her husband Donald Davis, an Airman, in her hometown of Hawley and they were married February 4th1967. Sharon worked in the automotive industry as a Office manager and retired from FBC Aztec as their financial secretary. She also worked in the film industry as a seamstress. Her clothes can be seen in City Slickers & City Slickers 2, Young Guns 2, Lair Lair, My Life, Patch Adams, Waiting to Exhale, Man Trouble, and Horse Whisperer. Everyone who met Sharon was welcomed by her beautiful smile and infectious wit. In her 30 years as an Aztec resident, she enjoyed things such as gardening, tending her flowers, sewing, playing piano, and reading. Her most cherished times were spent with her close, extended, and chosen family, all while sharing stories, giving insight, leading in Sunday School and spending time worshiping in her church. She was a member of First Baptist Church Aztec since 2000.

She was preceded in death by her parents William and Artie, her brother: William Reagan Blessing and her grandparents: Ross and Pearl Price; Basil and Lizzy Blessing.

Surviving is her husband of 58 years Donald Davis. Her son William Davis, Her daughter: Stephanie Beatty (Greg). Grandchildren: Angelina Mitchell (Lorenzo); Chelsea Beatty (Gwen); Alexandria Maslowski (Andrew); Katelynne Davis; Abigail Beatty; Rachel Beatty.

Great Grandchildren: Justice, Christopher, Adeline, and Lorenzo Mitchell. Sisters: Bonnie Turney (Benny); Debra Sue Alexander.

Per her wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
