Terry Lee Benson, 57, of Bloomfield, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026. He was born on January 12, 1969, in Moses Lake, Washington to Carl Fredrick Benson Jr. and Delia Armenta-Benson.

Terry was preceded in death by his father; paternal grandparents, Carl Fredrick Benson and Jean Roady; maternal grandparents, Braulio and Presciliana Armenta; sons, Paul Artavia and Lee Ramone Benson (TJ) and sister, Carla Louise Alcon.

Terry is survived by his daughter, Dashia Carranza (Stephen) of Lubbock, Texas and his grandson, Eli Rilee Alexander Benson of Farmington; his mother, Delia Benson of Aztec. Siblings: Cindee Phillips (Craig) of Aztec; Charles Benson and Jenny Benson of Bloomfield and Nettie Benson of Port Orchard, Washington. And numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.

A Celebration of Life/Potluck will be held at Charles Bensons’ house on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 3:00 pm. A balloon release will take place at 4:53pm.
