Bill West, a true Wild West Man with a heart devoted to Jesus, was called home to Heaven on August 3, 2026.

Bill was born July 31, 1951, in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Harold and Shirley West. New Mexico remained close to his heart throughout his life. He spent his career working as a mechanic and the oil and gas industry. Growing his hair long was just part of it. 

Bill shared 53 wonderful years of marriage with his wife, Denise. 

He is survived by his sons, John West (wife Sarah), and Jeremy West (wife Carrie). Granddaughters Jadie, Preslie, and Ireland West. Niece Jennifer Cafarell. His son Noah Philipp (wife Megan), daughter Lanee Philipp, great-great nephew Grayson, Sister, Ann Barnes. 

Bill loved talking about his hang-gliding days. HIs lifelong love of the lake life gave his family a life raised on the water, full of laughter and fun. Bill loved his family very deeply; he gave everything to protect and care for them. He will be remembered for his great personality, and his onery grin. He cared for his extended family and a large circle of good friends. 

A celebration of his life will continue every day. Bill, you are our Star in the sky. All our love to you, forever. -The West Family.
