Windell Ramsey

Windell Ramsey, 78 of Aztec passed away at home surrounded by his family on June 15, 2021
He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Margaret Ramsey and by the love of his life Neva M. Ramsey.
He is survived by his sister, LaWanda Goller (Gus) Tx. and brother, Duane Ramsey N.M, Children, Darin Ramsey and Shawna Britton (Robert), Grandchildren, Ashley Woody (Tony), Ryan Ramsey, Jasin Hagen, LaShonda Walker, Tyler Walker, Donnie Walker, Tony Cardella, Lahayla Coats and Neva Ramsey, Great Grandchildren, Bailee Woody and Abel Ramsey and numerous nieces and nephews.
Windell was born in Leveland, Tx. and went to Aztec High School. Windell married Neva Marie Bramblette on October 26, 1962. He worked as a barber, ranch hand, construction worker, oil field worker and owned several businesses including a gas station and car wash and First American Spurs, manufacturing spurs and buckles. Windell was the life of any party and touched the lives of many with his stories and sense of humor.
Services will be on 7/10/2021 at the VFW in Aztec, N.M. at 2 p.m.
