Angela Houser

Angela R. Houser passed from this life and crossed over the rainbow on January 19, 2021. Angela was born on January 21, 1982 in Farmington, NM to Jeffery L. Houser and Vicki M. Yate-Chastain. She attended Aztec High School and enjoyed playing softball. She loved camping with her children and hanging out with her friends. She enjoyed swimming at any time of the year. She worked in the food and beverage industry.

Angela’s grandparents Henry A. Yates and Mildred C. Yates of Aztec; her favorite aunt Nan C. Houser of Ohio; Uncle Bobby Yates of Texas; and Uncle Denver Yates of West Virginia preceded her in death.

She is survived by her two children Kourtney Houser 13 and Jacob Ferrier 8; her father Jeffery L. Houser and stepmother Eden Houser; her mother Vicki Yates-Chastain; her half-brother Jobie Wells of Aztec, and step-sister Gina Collin of Portland of Portland Oregon. She is also survived by aunts and uncles; Scott and Sandy Houser of Ohio; Melvin and Kathy Yates of Oklahoma; and Duane and June McCoy as well as Linda Yates of Texas. She is survived by numerous cousins in her extended family.

Angela will be missed by all who knew her for her straight-up attitude about life.

Memorial Service for Angela will be Held on March 20th, 2021 at First Baptist Church (700 Navajo Ave, Aztec, NM) at 1:00pm. Lunch will be served.

Contributions towards the wellbeing of Angela's children, Kourtney and Jacob, will be graciously accepted by Angela's Father, and Kourtney and Jacob's grandpa, Jeff Houser.
