It is with heavy hearts that we have to say bye for now to our precious and beloved daughter, Courtney Michelle Chavez. God needed another angel in heaven, so he took her to be with him on Friday, January 17, 2020, morning after a sudden illness.
Courtney was a very loving, kind and free spirited young lady, who loved life, her family, friends and her dogs. She tried to spread happiness to others whenever she could. She was a helpful caring person who will be terribly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her parents, Fernando and Debbie Chavez; siblings Jason and Christine Brady, Jessica Garza and Lorenzo, Justin Brady and Jessica Gonzales and Joe; grandparents Leonard and Elvira Chavez; uncles and Aunts Hilda and Allan Hawbecker, Ray and Lori Chavez, Dorella and Pete Albo, and Connie DeMaria; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
She will forever be missed but the family has the comfort of knowing she is with our beautiful Savior Jesus Christ.
We would like to thank the staff at San Juan Regional Hospital who fought to save our daughter. we will be forever grateful to all of you.
