Marcus Reed

Marcus Lamont Reed, 32, of Farmington, NM, was born April 26th, 1988 in Shiprock ,NM. He went Home to be with the Lord, February 1, 2021. His sudden passing has left the world heartbroken. Marcus was a fun and outgoing person. He loved exploring the outdoors and flying the drones he built. Fixing whatever or whoever was broken around him was Marcus’s forte. There was nothing he couldn’t do. Succeeding in almost everything he attempted. He loved his music. But most of all, Marcus adored his family and his children the most. He was an amazing father to his children. They loved to play board games, travel, watch Harry Potter and make videos together. Marcus was a wonderful friend and an angel to strangers, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Although we are utterly devastated about his passing, he is alive through the works he completed on earth. How he loved and treated others is an example for all.
He Is preceded in death by his son Jordan Michael Robert Reed, Father-in-law, Robert Armendariz, Brother Nate Benally, and many other loved ones who he has been reunited with in heaven.
He is survived by his wife, Jacquelynn Marie, daughters: Maliyah and Paitynn Reed, mother Alberta Reed, father Thaddeaus Nobles, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents whom he adored.
His Celebration of Life will be held Saturday February 6, 2021 at Journey Church with Pastor David Florez. The viewing will begin at 9am. Service starts at 10am with internment in Memory Gardens at 11:30 am.
