William Manchester

William Wayne "Bill" Manchester passed away on July 7, 2021, in Farmington, NM. Bill was born on January 21, 1933 to Clinton David Jr and Virginia Mae (Hannigan) in Grand Junction, Colorado. He graduated from Grand Junction High School (1951), and attended CU and CSU.
Bill married his faithful and loving wife Patricia Alice (Harvey) in Grand Junction Colorado and were married for 62 years before her passing in 2017. Bill worked in city government most of his adult life in Grand Junction Colorado, Norman Ok and Farmington NM. He was very active in Rotary International and was a two time recipient of the Paul Harris award. He loved traveling and RVing after retirement.
Bill was preceded by parents, His wife Patricia, infant son Lane Manchester, grandson Brand Manchester, great grandson Evan Manchester, Chad Finch, grandson Colton Bridges, and wife Patsy Seyer-Manchester.
Bill is survived by sons Ken (Joan), Don (Sue Helen) and Patrick (Rita). Grand children Christopher, Sean, Rachelle, Shannon, Brittan, Tyler, Ashton, Collin and Angel. Great grandchildren Jonas, Alexis, Landon, Ethan, Kadence, Kaden, Ares, Chance, Ava, Ashten, Jaedyn, Addi and Ander.
Grave side service will be in Grand Junction Colorado at the Grand Junction Cemetery on (Orchard Mesa) Wednesday July 14, 2021 at 2 PM.
Memorial service will be held in Farmington at Farmington Funeral Home 2111 W Apache St. on July 23, 2021 at 2PM.
